The location of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad province in the mountainous areas of Zagros has made this province have a good position in terms of water resources. Numerous rivers and lakes are the reason for this abundance. In the east of this province and in the area of Sisakht, due to the existence of the huge Dena mountain range, which causes the storage of significant amounts of snow during the winter, there are many water sources that appear as seasonal and permanent springs and rivers, and some they are among the big rivers of Iran.

Cheshmeh Mishi (Mishi Spring) is the name of one of the famous springs of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province, which is located 7 km away from Sisakht city. This spring, which has a large volume of cool water, is located on the way from Sisakht to Bijan pass and can be visited during a trip to this area. This spring is a short distance from the road and it is not difficult to visit and it can be reached with a short walk. The flow of water moves through small and large rocks and greets the travelers of this spring with a pleasant sound.

After leaving the ground, the spring water flows through a long valley and shows spectacular views. This water continues to Sisakht and is finally used to irrigate farms and gardens downstream. In addition to the path of Bijan pass, this spring can also be visited in the path of Kuh-Gol lake.
