Sarpol-e-Zahab city, with its tropical climate, has a temperate climate in the cold seasons of the year, and during the summer season, this region has a very hot climate. But in a short distance from this city, you can see summer areas that have a relatively cooler climate during hot summers, and with their gardens and rivers, they receive many travelers from cities near and far during this period.

Rijab village is located 25 km away from Sarpol-e Zahab city among high mountain ranges. This village consists of several villages close to each other, all of which are similar to being among the lush gardens and having plenty of water.

Rijab village is known as one of the centers of production of horticultural products, especially walnuts and pomegranates, and the quality of its products is great.

In addition to having beautiful nature, this village has many ancient, cultural and natural monuments. The tomb and cemetery of “Abu Dujaneh” are among the cultural monuments of this village. The famous Piran Waterfall also originates from the rivers of this village and it is possible to visit the top of the waterfall from this area. The view from the top of the waterfall along with a wide valley next to it is one of the important attractions of this village and for this reason many enthusiasts enter Rijab village to visit this waterfall.

At the last point of this village and after the village of “Ban Zardeh” there is one of the most important cultural monuments of this region, which is very important to the locals due to its religious importance and all days of the year; Many people travel to visit it. This cultural work is known as Baba Yadegar and is one of the holy places of the “Yarsan” religion and its followers, known as the Ahle-Hagh (People of Truth).
