Originally, this castle was a three-story building, but over time, its floors have been completely destroyed and destroyed. Now, you can only see parts of the first floor.

After you reach the Arfa Deh exit and before Do Ab, there is a three-way junction in front of you, which is a dangerous mountain junction and you should turn right at this junction. This road is a side road, continue it until it takes you to the Chashem-Kangloo junction. After that, choose the left road and continue your path.
When you reach Kangloo village, you will face a 400-meter steep path and a 100-meter steeper path. You must walk this path. We recommend that you bring mountaineering equipment and gear.
Of course, if you live in the northeast, you should take this route in reverse and after reaching Ghaemshahr, take the Firuzkoh road to reach Kangloo Castle. Use the bus to reach Pol Sefid or Veresk. Then take taxis to nearby villages and ask locals to take you to the castle. It goes without saying that you can also travel part of the route by plane and travel the first part of your route by buying a plane ticket to Sari. Then head south by taxi or bus.
Currently, the Hyrcanian forests are the habitat of 296 species of birds and 98 species of mammals. There are also 150 native tree and shrub plants found there. In addition to more than three thousand different plant species and hundreds of animals and creatures, the Hyrcanian forests are the main habitat of the Iranian cheetah, which is world famous.
The best time to visit this castle is from late April to early December. The trees are in full fall color, making it especially beautiful. Access is a bit difficult in winter, and you will need equipment.
There are no accommodation facilities in forest. For this reason, it is necessary to bring camping equipment, including a tent and sleeping bag. It is necessary to bring shoes and a backpack. You must bring food with you.
