Zinegan canyon is located 45 kilometers southwest of Ilam in Mehran city, in the middle of a vast plain near Saleh Abad village. This valley is about an hour away from the center of Ilam city. Zingan is about five kilometers away from Saleh Abad village.

To access the Zingan, you must first get to Ilam city and then drive about 40 km (43 minutes) to the southwest through highway number 17 to reach the village of Saleh Abad.
